It all started because I was trying to find an ultimate collection of OPI names and in doing so I discovered all of these great blogs with amazing swatches. So my goal was to find every swatch available online for every polish! And I wanted to do so without using more than one swatch from each person because there really are that many people out there that are polish fanatics.
My goal is for TPP to be a place where lacquer enthusiasts can come and see how far spread the love for nail color goes and maybe be able to discover a blog or site they may not have known of before. The community can only exist if we join together and support one another.
